Coolant Outlet Housing - Removal

REMOVAL










WARNING: Do not remove pressure cap with the system hot and under pressure because serious burns from coolant can occur.

1. Drain cooling system Service and Repair
2. Remove upper intake manifold Intake Manifold - Removal.
3. Disconnect engine coolant temperature sensor connector.
4. Disconnect hoses at coolant outlet connector.
5. Remove bolts attaching coolant outlet connector.
6. Remove coolant outlet connector.
