Sunroof Window Height and Opening Fit Adjustment (Extended Cab)

1. Open the sunshade.

2. Close the sunroof window.





3. Loosen the adjusting screws on each side of the sunroof window.

4. Adjust the corners of the window panel using the following guidelines:

* Adjust the front of the sunroof window flush to 2 mm (0.08 in) below the top surface of the roof panel.

* Adjust the rear of the sunroof window flush to 2 mm (0.08 in) above the top surface of the roof panel.

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

5. Install the sunroof window adjustment screws.

Tighten the screws to 5 Nm (44 lb in).
