Oil Level Indicator Tube Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the upper fan shroud.

2. Remove the upper oil fill tube bolt (1).

3. Remove the right engine mount and bracket. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side.





4. Remove the lower oil fill tube bolt (1).

5. Remove the oil fill tube.

6. Remove and discard the oil fill tube O-ring seal.

Installation Procedure





1. Install a NEW O-ring seal onto the oil fill tube.

2. Install the oil fill tube.

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

3. Install the lower oil fill tube bolt (1) and tighten to 21 Nm (15 lb ft).





4. Install the upper oil fill tube bolt (1) and tighten to 21 Nm (15 lb ft).

5. Install right engine mount and bracket. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side.

6. Install the upper fan shroud.
