Idler Pulley: Service and Repair




Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Loosen the required drive belt idler pulley bolt.
3. Remove the required drive belt idler pulley.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the required drive belt idler pulley.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Tighten the required drive belt idler pulley bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).

3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (Service and Repair).
