Floor Panel Tunnel Panel Reinforcement Replacement


Removal Procedure





1.Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

2.Remove the intermediate pipe. Refer to Intermediate Pipe Replacement .

3.Remove the floor panel tunnel panel reinforcement bolts.

4.Remove the reinforcement.

Installation Procedure





1.Install the reinforcement into position.

2.Install the bolt into the reinforcement locating hole (1).

3.Install the bolt into the reinforcement slotted hole (2)

Caution:Refer to Fastener Caution .

Note:ALL of the floor panel tunnel panel reinforcement bolts must be installed and torqued to specifications, the reinforcement functions as a part of the vehicle body structure.

4.Install the remaining bolts and tighten to10 N �m (89 lb in).

5.Install the intermediate pipe. Refer to Intermediate Pipe Replacement .

6.Lower the vehicle.
