Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose/Pipe Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement Intake Manifold Cover Replacement.





2. Unclip the clip (4) from the fuel pump cover.

3. Remove the radiator surge tank inlet hose/pipe bolt (1).

4. Remove the 2 clamps (3) and remove the radiator surge tank inlet hose/pipe (2).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the radiator surge tank inlet hose/pipe (2) and the 2 clamps (3)

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the radiator surge tank inlet hose/pipe bolt (1) and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

3. Clip in the clip (4) to the fuel pump cover.

4. Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement Intake Manifold Cover Replacement.
