Propeller Shaft Removal

1. Raise and support the vehicle Service and Repair.

2. Remove the propeller shaft protector (A).






3. Make reference mark (A) across the No. 1 propeller shaft (B) and the transfer companion flange (C).





4. Remove the flange bolts (D).

5. Remove the center support bearing mounting bolts (A).






6. Make reference mark (A) across the No. 2 propeller shaft (B) and the rear differential companion flange (C).





7. Remove the flange bolts (D).
