Front Engine Mount Removal and Installation

Removal

1. Remove the splash shield Front Splash Shield Replacement and the engine undercover Engine Undercover Replacement.

2. Remove the radiator fan shroud assembly Radiator and A/C Condenser Fan, Motor, and Shroud Removal and Installation.

3. Remove the front engine mount stop (A), then remove the front engine mount bolt (B).






4. Remove the front engine mount mounting bolts (A).





5. Lift and support the engine with a jack and a wood block under the engine/transmission.

6. Remove the front engine mount (B), then disconnect the vacuum hose (C).

Installation

1. Connect the vacuum hose (A), then align the front engine mount (B) with its mounting holes and tighten the front engine mount mounting bolts (C).





2. Remove the jack and the wood block.

3. Tighten the front engine mount bolt (A), then install the front engine mount stop (B).





4. Install the radiator fan shroud assembly Radiator and A/C Condenser Fan, Motor, and Shroud Removal and Installation.

5. Install the splash shield Front Splash Shield Replacement and the engine undercover Engine Undercover Replacement.
