Intermediate Shaft Removal

1. Drain the transmission fluid. Reinstall the drain plug using a new sealing washer. ATF Replacement

2. Remove the right driveshaft. Front Driveshaft Removal

3. Remove exhaust pipe A. Transfer Assembly Removal

4. Remove the exhaust pipe bracket (A).






5. Remove the flange bolt (A), and two dowel bolts (B).

6. Remove the intermediate shaft (C) from the differential. Hold the intermediate shaft horizontally until it is clear of the differential to prevent damaging oil seal.
