Thermostat Replacement

1. Do the battery terminal disconnection procedure. Procedures Remove the battery. Removal and Replacement

2. Remove the intake air duct. Engine Removal

3. Drain the engine coolant. Service and Repair

4. Remove the thermostat cover, then remove the thermostat.

5. Install the new thermostat with a new rubber seal and with the pin on the top side.

6. Install the battery. Removal and Replacement Do the battery terminal reconnection procedure. Procedures

7. Refill the radiator with engine coolant, then bleed air from the cooling system. Service and Repair

8. Clean up any spilled engine coolant.
